Corn Pudding

6 ears shucked and cleaned corn
1/3 cup white sugar
1Tsp. salt
2 Tbs. All Purpose flour
4 beaten eggs
2 cups heavy cream
3 Tbs. unsalted melted butter
1/2 Tsp. grated nutmeg

Cut corn from cob.Sprinkle corn with dry ingredients and mix together in a medium sized bowl.
Mix beaten eggs and cream together and mix into corn mixture.Gently stir in melted butter.
Pour mixture into 6-cup casserole dish and bake in a water bath at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
